Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email us at support@blingtoman.top with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Label
We will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email within 24 hours.
Ship the Item
Package the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product. Contact us to initiate an exchange. We will ship the replacement once we receive the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
